Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the box is opened, we ask the unit be in like new condition. We understand that these items might be tested.  Depending on product there could be a 10% and up to 25% RESTOCKING FEE depending on the item or sale. It is important to contact us prior to returning the item.  Deposits on orders are final sale and not refundable. 

Damage and defective items fall under our warranty policy in which we would fix or replace that product without any restocking or cancellation fee. All of our customers are protected with warranty on each purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Any purchase over 1000 dollars would be a case for case basis as shipping something of this quantity or weight could be costly. we would however work on a rebate program or Some type of solution that both parties can agree on. ( this does not apply to demo unit or open box items). Bulk purchases ( anything over 5 items) will require special approvals for returns. 

 No Discount codes allowed on specific sales- If our ad mentions " No Code Allowed" This means no code is allowed to be used even if one was offered in the past. These Mega sales or major discounted products are already heavily discounted. 

Scooter or E bikes are all final sale if the box is opened. If this product is used we will not accept a return. We do this to help the environment as used bikes will most likely end up in landfills. If the bike is defective warranty is available and will be fixed. 

Swim Spas/Hot tubs are all final sale- There is no returns on these items. If defective we would replace or fix at our cost if under warranty.

Custom products or products that need to be altered are final sale.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened, health products( this can vary), Foot related products, Skin care or touch type of products, food, Tens Units or medical grade items will not be refunded. Sporting goods, Bicycles and water products are all final sale unless the item is unused and sealed. 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@relaxacare.com and send your item to: Relaxacare, 4280 Unit 9 Harvester Road Burlington  L7L 5Z5 Ontario Canada.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4280 Unit 9 Harvester Road Burlington  L7L 5Z5 Ontario Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Demo Units are final sale, Open box units are final sale. All items with demo pricing are reduced for final sale. Please contact us if there is any confusion. The customer is still protected with warranty. Demo units vary on condition and change from sale to sale. there is no two identical condition chairs. The customer agrees to potential cosmetic, blemish, scratch or scuff issues. Custom orders are final sale. Luraco and Inada products are final sale. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


 

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the methods listed on our Contact Us Page

Cancellations made within 24 hours of order confirmation may be eligible for a full refund. However, for cancellations requested after 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% to 30% of the final order value will be applied to cover management and handling costs.

Please note: All deposits are final sale and are not subject to the 24-hour cancellation window.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without following our cancellation process may result in legal action.
